1. OK, what exactly are the Airbiento products and what do they do? The Airbiento Plus and Airbiento Mini are air purifiers. When running, they will trap most of the air particulates in a room, making your air much cleaner and smelling much fresher. This will reduce dust, pollen, bacteria, viruses, smoke odors and even trap airborne allergens released by pets.

The Airbiento Plus model is 6.2 pounds and works well in a living room, family room, kitchen, garage, bedroom, etc.

The Airbiento Mini model is less than 1 pound and works well in smaller spaces, such as a car, small bathrooms, small bedrooms, etc. Perfect for traveling.

2. Can Your Air Purifier Fight Viruses?
While no air purifier can eliminate a virus, our products can reduce the risk of spread. Since the Airbiento products can trap virus particles, it will reduce the likelihood of airborne particles spreading in the area near the Airbiento, which can help prevent all viruses.

3. What is HEPA?
HEPA stands for High-efficiency particulate air. Our air purifiers meet the HEPA standard, which means that our products will capture 99.97% of particles that fly through the air. This includes pet allergens, pollen, mold, bacteria and viruses. Our products can also reduce odors from cigarette smoke.

4. Do the Airbiento products REALLY make a difference?
Consider this: Most of us spend 90% of our time indoors and yet the air inside our homes is often 3-5 times more polluted than outside. Our cars are often 20x filthier than our smartphones. We offer simple solutions to aid in fighting allergies and illnesses.

 
5. Will I notice benefits?
You certainly should, almost immediately. Cleaner air can reduce asthma attacks, allergies, and leads to better sleep, which in turn boosts our immune system. Sleep better, stay healthier. 
 
6. Do you stand behind your products? What is your refund policy?

Airbiento offers a 90-day, 100% refund policy.

REFUND/RETURNS
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

-A return authorization must be requested from our customer care team within 90 days of your shipment date. To request a return authorization, please contact Customer Service here.

-You must ship the unit from a location inside the country where the Product was originally -purchased from. NOTE: Any orders outside the USA, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping label.

-The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.

-Returns must be in like new condition with no damage, in original packaging, with instructions and all accessories/inserts returned. If items returned are in less than new condition or missing original packaging, restocking fees will be assessed that are dependent on condition of the item returned and/or missing content. All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

-Declining a delivery will be treated as an elective return. So the shipping fee's both ways, restocking fees, plus additional fees charged by shipper due declining your order will be deducted from your refund. We suggest accepting your order, then coordinating return of your unit with us so as not to incur the additional shipper "decline" fees.

-Filter purchases are not returnable/non-refundable as they may contain contaminants. We only supply new filter materials.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
